Evolv is one of the fastest growing MSPs in Ireland, and we’re looking for an IT Engineer to strengthen our service delivery team. This is a role with real room to grow. You’ll start by providing strong day to day support, and as you develop, you’ll take on more responsibility across projects and onboarding new clients.

What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll be a key part of our service delivery team, handling support tickets that need real technical know how, not just following a script. You’ll work closely with the wider team, and as you settle in, you’ll start picking up more project based work: client onboarding, server and Microsoft 365 rollouts, and the kind of varied technical work that keeps things interesting.

The role is a mix of office based work and time on client sites, depending on what the work needs. You’ll be based primarily in our Bangor office, though hybrid working may be an option if you have a longer commute.

What we’re looking for

You’ll have at least 3 years of IT support experience, with solid hands on knowledge of:

  • Microsoft 365 environments (administration, support, troubleshooting)
  • Firewalls
  • Networking and switching
  • Hyper-V experience would be advantageous, but not essential

Just as important as the technical skills, we want someone who’s calm under pressure, keen to keep learning, and good with people. You’ll be dealing with clients as well as your own team, so how you communicate matters as much as what you know.

Evolv is one of the fastest growing MSPs in Ireland, and we’re looking for a Senior IT Engineer who wants to do the best work of their career. You’ll be a genuine technical leader on the team, the person others turn to when things get hard, and a key player in how we deliver for clients and bring new ones on board.

What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll be the escalation point the team relies on, jumping on the trickier tickets and the problems that need a steady, experienced head. Just as importantly, you’ll train and mentor our engineers, helping them level up and raising the bar for everyone around you.

Beyond support, you’ll be hands on with the work that makes this role properly varied: onboarding new clients, delivering server and Microsoft 365 projects. And depending on your experience, you’ll get involved in the bit a lot of engineers never get near, designing and architecting solutions for new clients from the ground up.

What we’re looking for

You’ll have at least 5 years under your belt and real depth across:

  • Microsoft 365 (administration, migrations, the lot)
  • Windows Server
  • Virtualization
  • Firewalls
  • Switching and networking

But the technical skills are only half of it. We want someone who’s calm under pressure, generous with their knowledge, and genuinely good with people, because mentoring the team and looking after clients both come down to that.
