Usually within a couple of hours

They usually respond at some point that day

It is usually the following day before we hear back

Sometimes they don’t respond and I have to chase them

When your IT service provider is helping with a problem, how quickly is the issue resolved?

My problems are usually fixed during the first call

It often needs to be escalated to a more senior engineer

Often I end up speaking to a few different engineers to get a problem solved

Has your IT Service Provider helped you document and agree on user onboarding and offboarding?

We have a new user onboarding document that covers things like permissions and what applications they might need access to

We have a document for users that are leaving to ensure that access to applications and company systems is removed

In relation to your Microsoft 365 or GSuite, are you using Multi-Factor autenthication (MFA)?

Yes, MFA is enabled for everyone

MFA is enabled only for Admins

MFA isn’t enabled at all

Are invoices simple, transparent and easy to understand?
